Renters Policy

The Renters Policy is a policy that combines more than one type of coverage into a single policy.

Generally, a tenant's belongings and property are not covered by a landlord's policy. The Renters Policy protects the policyholder's belongings if they are damaged or destroyed by certain causes. Liability is also a part of the Renters Policy to protect the policyholder, if the policyholder causes another person to be injured or another person's property to be damaged.
